Product Description

PTFE is produced by tetrafluoroethylene polymerization of the free radical. Industrial polymerization is carried out in the presence of large quantities of water to disperse the heat of reaction and to control temperature. Polymerization in 40~80℃,3~26 acrylic/cm 2 under pressure, available inorganic sulfate, organic peroxide as initiator, can also use redox initiation system. The 171.38kJ is radiated per mole of tetrafluoroethylene polymerization. Dispersed polymerization shall be provided with all fluorine-type surfactants, such as total fluorine bitterness or its salts.
