According to the process, the PTFE gasket can be processed into: flat gasket, V-shaped gasket (V-shaped composite gasket), piston ring, ball valve gasket, solenoid valve gasket, etc.; according to different materials can be processed into: pure PTFE gasket , graphite filled PTFE gasket, glass fiber filled PTFE gasket, etc.

Teflon is superior to any plastic now and has the title of “King of Plastics” because of its chemical resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance and oil resistance. It is not easy to age, does not burn, and absorbs water almost zero.

The structure is dense, the molecular structure is non-polar, and it is used as a gasket. The contact surface can be smooth and smooth, and the metal flange is not adhered. PTFE is easy to cold flow and creep under pressure and high temperature, so it is generally used for low pressure, medium temperature, strong corrosion and media that do not allow pollution, such as strong acid, strong alkali, halogen, medicine, etc.

Product Features

1. Temperature resistance ---It is able to work stably between -180°C to +260°C.

2. Excellent chemical corrosion resistance ---Applicable medium includes oil, acid solution and almost all chemical materials.

3. Excellent non-sticky property - --With low friction coefficient it easier to remove those resin, dopes, oil and other sticky things.

5. Excellent insulation property.

6. Filled material: Filled PTFE products has more outstanding performance by adding filler such as carbon, graphite, bronze, glass fiber, carbon fiber, MOS2, PEEK, PI, POB BaSO4, SiO2, glass bead, polyamide.
