Production process of PTFE film laminated fabric

    According to the application of the adhesive and the compounding method, the production process of the waterproof and moisture-permeable PTFE film laminated fabric is divided into two types: dry method and wet method.

    Dry process: fabric waterproofing treatment - corona discharge - round mesh adhesive - drying - PTFE film unwinding, discharge treatment - and fabric hot pressing composite - PTFE film surface treatment - gluing - composite lining - cutting Edge-winding inspection-packaging-finished products.

    Wet process: fabric waterproofing treatment - corona discharge - round mesh adhesive - PTFE film unwinding, discharge treatment, film - drying hot pressing composite - PTFE film surface treatment - gluing - composite lining - trimming - Winding - inspection - packaging - finished products.

    In the above process, some fabrics can also be subjected to water-repellent treatment without prior treatment, so that the glue can be directly applied without corona treatment, and the water-repellent finishing of the fabric can be carried out by using a single-sided liquid supply after the completion of the composite. In contrast, this method is more suitable for wet processes.
